(Santa Rosa Beach, FL – April 10, 2017) – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida was recently recognized as a member of the Berkshire Elite Circle, a select group of the top 50 companies in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network based on their annual Gross Commission Income (GCI). The brokerage, ranked number 40, was recognized during a special awards ceremony at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices national sales convention in Phoenix, Arizona.

Two agents and five agent teams were also recognized for their 2016 achievements among Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliates. The teams of Hunter Harman, Price Rainer and John David Sullivan and the Cobine Cohen Group were named Chairman’s Circle Platinum Level recipients, recognizing both teams as elite members of the top one-half per cent of all agents in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. The John Martin Team, Thompson Bassett Shepard team and agent Anne Winicki achieved Chairman’s Circle Diamond Level for being among the top one per cent of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents, and the Ann Mosely and David Lilienthal team along with Amin Delawalla were honored with Chairman’s Circle Gold Level for being among the top two per cent of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents.
In addition, 25 sales executives from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida were awarded to the President’s Circle Award, the Honor Society and the Leading Edge Society for their GCI successes in 2016. Five agents achieved the President’s Circle Award, being among the network’s top three per cent of residential sales professionals. Ten agents were accepted into the Honor Society for exceptional performance, and ten agents became members of the Leading Edge Society for their outstanding GCI performance.
