The Forgotten Coast residential market continues to rebound from Hurricane Michael with 27 total homes sold and an increased number of homes going under contract for the month of December. The highest priced sale recorded during December was a $1.23 million Gulf view beach home on Cape San Blas while the highest priced sale in Apalachicola was a $950,000 bay front home in the Historic Southside area listed by the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida St. George Island office.
