Independence Day is less than a month away, and the Forgotten Coast is gearing up for a week of fun! With an array of exciting events and fireworks shows, you’re certain to have a blast in Franklin County this 4th of July. So, grab your family and friends, pack up your finest red white and blue garb, and head on down to the Forgotten Coast.

3 Nights of Fireworks

Wednesday, July 3rd
Riverfront Park
This family-friendly, patriotic event is an Apalach tradition. The celebration features live music, food trucks, a parade, free ice cream, a tribute to veterans and the best fireworks show on the Forgotten Coast. Don’t forget to bring along your four-legged friends decked out in patriotic costumes and attire. After the parade ends at Riverfront Park, fireworks are launched from a barge in the river, creating a spectacular display of lights over the water.
