Pending activity was on the rise in the Panama City Beach real estate market during January with 123 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 108 properties placed under contract (up from 60 in December). In Panama City, activity was similar with 45 homes sold and 38 new contracts. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $6.5 million in sales volume with 11 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and over $10.7 million across Bay County during January.

The highest priced condo closed in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, three-bedroom residence in En Soleil at $1.35 million.

The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a four-bedroom home in Carillon Beach at $1.75 million.


The highest priced single-family home to sell in Panama City was a five-bedroom home in SweetBay at $763,829.


The highest priced new construction, single family home to sell in Panama City was a five-bedroom Ramsey Plan in SweetBay at $763,829.
